Scope of Work
Our cleaning services are tailored to meet your specific needs. Before your first appointment, we’ll confirm the tasks to be completed. Please let us know of any special requests in advance.
Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property on the scheduled cleaning day. If we are unable to access your property, a cancellation fee may apply.
Cleaning Supplies & Equipment
We bring our own professional-grade cleaning supplies; however, unless otherwise arranged, we request that you have your own vacuum. If you prefer, we use your products, please let us know in advance.
💳 Payments & Fees
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept [Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Zelle, or any other method you use].
Late Payments
Late payments may incur a fee. Services may be paused until payment is received.
🗓️ Scheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling
We understand things come up. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $25 cancellation fee to cover our scheduling loss.
🛑 Health & Safety
Our team follows health and safety guidelines to protect clients and staff. Please notify us in advance if anyone in the home is sick or if there are any health concerns we should be aware of.
💡 Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to make it right at no additional charge.
